Pulsation in TESS Objects of Interest
We report the discovery of three Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite Objects of Interest (TOI) with signatures of pulsation, observed in more than one sector. Our main goal is to explore how large is the variety of classical pulsators such as $δ$ Sct, $γ$ Dor, RR Lyrae and Cepheid among TOI pulsators. We report the discovery of ten new pulsars in the globular cluster Terzan 5 as part of the Transients and Pulsars with MeerKAT (TRAPUM) Large Survey Project. We observed Terzan 5 at L-band (856--1712 MHz) with the MeerKAT radio telescope for four hours on two epochs, and performed acceleration searches of 45 out of 288 tied-array beams covering the core of the cluster. We present details on a new measurement of the muon magnetic anomaly, $a_μ= (g_μ-2)/2$. The result is based on positive muon data taken at Fermilab's Muon Campus during the 2019 and 2020 accelerator runs. The measurement uses $3.1$ GeV$/c$ polarized muons stored in a $7.1$-m-radius storage ring with a $1.45$ T uniform magnetic field. The beam pipe surrounding the interaction region of the CMS experiment was exposed to 174.29 $\mathrmμ$b$^{-1}$ of Pb--Pb collisions at 2.76 TeV center-of-mass energy per collision in December 2011. We observed the planet-hosting system PDS 70 with the James Webb Interferometer, JWST's Aperture Masking Interferometric (AMI) mode within NIRISS. Observing with the F480M filter centered at 4.8 $μ$m, we simultaneously fit a geometric model to the outer disk and the two known planetary companions. We re-detect the protoplanets PDS 70 b and c at an SNR of 21 and 11, respectively. The landing site was originally one of two in Crisium considered for a geophysical network mission. My map shows both network candidate sites. The Picard site (A, B) was dropped and a site near a volcanic cone called Mons Latreille (C, D) was chosen. A hazard-free site nearby was selected via several studies in 2021-2022 (E-G). The networks use as input the results from the standard Belle II trigger, which provides "2D" track candidates in the plane transverse to the electron-positron beams. New differential-recurrence relations for B-spline basis functions are given. Using these relations, a recursive method for finding the Bernstein-Bézier coefficients of B-spline basis functions over a single knot span is proposed. The algorithm works for any knot sequence which guarantees that all B-spline functions are at least $C^0$-continuous. Large deviations in statistics of the convex hull of passive and active particles: A theoretical study

Efficient evaluation of Bernstein-Bézier coefficients of B-spline basis functions over one knot span
New differential-recurrence relations for B-spline basis functions are given. Using these relations, a recursive method for finding the Bernstein-Bézier coefficients of B-spline basis functions over a single knot span is proposed. The algorithm works for any knot sequence which guarantees that all B-spline functions are at least $C^0$-continuous. It has good numerical behavior and has an asymptotically optimal computational complexity.

For separable $C^*$-algebras $A$ and $B$, we define a topology on the set $[[A, B]]$ consisting of homotopy classes of asymptotic morphisms from $A$ to $B$. Using MeerKAT, we have discovered three new millisecond pulsars (MSPs) in the bulge globular cluster M62: M62H, M62I, and M62J. All three are in binary systems, which means all ten known pulsars in the cluster are in binaries. M62H has a planetary-mass companion with a median mass $M_{\rm c,med} \sim 3$ M$_{\rm J}$ and a mean density of $ρ\sim 11$ g cm$^{-3}$. In this paper we present and validate the galaxy sample used for the analysis of the baryon acoustic oscillation (BAO) signal in the Dark Energy Survey (DES) Y6 data. The definition is based on a color and redshift-dependent magnitude cut optimized to select galaxies at redshifts higher than 0.6, while ensuring a high-quality photo-$z$ determination.
